The technical feasibility and diagnostic potential of angiographic flat-detector perfusion imaging technique, combining digital subtraction angiography with a computed tomography steady-state imaging, was explored in patients treated direct or indirect revascularization surgery. This short communication is about an modality great for evaluation, comparison grading vascular territory areas anatomical location selectively perfused by cerebral bypasses.

Imaging of cerbral perfusion is understood to provide rich information on cerebral processes. This study explores whether EIT is able to image perfusion in the brain. In a single rat, a bolus of hypertonic saline was introduced into an arterial catheter during two activity states, and EIT images reconstructed.
